We are creating a recording and viewing application for the use in communicative disorders field, so accuracy is important. When ever we record a set of videos the first video always has a large pause after about the first second of the video. After the first video is recorded the concurring videos work fine. All videos are around 5-10 seconds in length. Anyone have this problem and/or know how to fix it?

I've not heard of this problem or experienced it. I would say that it's important to initiate the camera properly before trying to attach to a netstream and then record the stream though. That could have something to do with it.
