How can I block the the domains not only permitted but also not permitted ones which want to use my FMS2 and FMS3(rtmp) connection?
I use FMS2 and FMS3 in different servers.

You can use the configuration files that are installed with FMS. Inside the conf directory is where they are. Check out the adaptor.xml file, in there is the <allow> and <deny> tag which lets you put in domains or IPs.
