You have to create the folders in the applications directory for each one and then open the FLA file, make sure the RTMP string is pointing to your FMS machine and connect up.

I'm not sure what you are asking here, it sounds like you need a consultant/developer to assist you in what you are looking for. Either that or you make an effort yourself and then ask what you are doing wrong making sure to put details in your post as to what you have tried.
