In this tutorial we cover how to delete a file on the server with server side code in Wowza Media Server. The client side is built with Flex but it doesn't matter because we are running a function on the server side of Wowza that does all the work. With this, the concept of changing the Application.xml file is covered along with pointers along the way to improve workflow of developing for Wowza Media Server. This concept can be very useful for video management applications or anything that requires managing files on the server.
