Our products here at are packed with support to make sure that everything goes smoothly with your purchase. We have a basic FAQ below but if you need assistance with a specific product then please visit the product download page for more information on how to receive personal support for your purchase.

Q. I bought one of your products but don't know how to get it, how do I get it?

A. Most of our products are downloadable, they can be accessed from the product download page. When you purchase a product from us you should receive and email within 1 or 2 business days explaining where you can download your new purchase. If you are a previous customer then you will also receive an email explaining your new purchase, but if you login to the download product page within 1 business day then you should see your new product listed automatically. In the case that an email doesn't arrive, please contact us from either our live support and email system or give us a call at 604-315-1517 (PST / 9 am to 5 pm).

Q. I bought the chat application but can't get it to connect up to Flash Media Server, what am I doing wrong?

A. Most problems reside in a misconfiguration of the server IP or application name. Make sure to put the IP number or domain name of the FMS machine in correct spots in the development files (see the readme file for more details for your product). The other issue for older products is that the settings.xml file isn't in the same directory as the HTML file. Make sure it is and try again.

Q. I'm having trouble opening the files, what do I do?

A. In the case of the Flash FLA files, you will require Flash CS3 or CS4, we save a copy of both versions for you in your package of files. AS and ASC files can be opened in any text editor, Flash, Dreamweaver and Flash Builder (Flex Builder) are great products for editing those. We also use Sepy for editing of those files. In the case of tutorial files, all you should need is a browser with the Flash Player version 8 and up. If you're having problems still with the files then please let us know, the download could be corrupt and we can get them to you another way if need be.

Q. Can I change up the files and apply my own design etc?

A. Of course! That's why we give them all to you. We only maintain the policy of no reselling. But by all means, change them up and let us know what you've done, we'd love to see it.

Q. Where can I provide feedback, I'd like to see some changes made to the new versions when they come out?

A. We love hearing feedback both good and bad. Feel free towrite something up on the forum here, or contact us via email or our live support and email system.
