That’s effectively what it’s being asked to do here because Trib is no help while Eurycoma Longfolia and Horny Goat Weed are just glorified libido stimulators. Nods to increasing energy with Arginine and helping prostare health with Pygeum bark are not going to be strong enough.


Under $20 for a booster is very cheap and that alone might make it tempting for some. Remember though $15 a month is like 180 bucks a year, for a product that as far as we can see won’t have much of an effect on your testosterone levels.

Our point is cheap and good value don’t always go hand in hand and this is an example of that.

After that though, we take real issue with presenting the majority of these ingredients as the best way to support your testosterone. The clinical evidence just doesn’t back this up.


There’s no testimonial section on the Only Natural website, so it’s customer feedback on retail sites we’ve got to rely on. Trouble is there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of those either, and what there is is extremely mixed. We found a lot to admire about Only Naturals as company, even if their booster supplement wasn’t one of those things.

On the website there is an extensive history of the company founded in in 1986 by Robert LoMaccino with 28 employees. They outline their dedication to product saftey, staying veggie and kosher as well as showing care for the environment. They do a range of supplements covering all areas of natural health as well as a selection of other products like teas.

It’s a real pity this formula isn’t a lot better because Only Natural has great intentions.

How Do I Take It?

Users are told to take 2 capsules a day with meals.

Whether this is together or spaced out it’s not going to be enough. Ideally you’re looking for 4 evenly spaced servings to keep the active formula topped up and working all day.

With just 2 there’s bound to be a tail off and even if Only Natural Vegetarian Testosterone was the best thing since sliced eggplant, which it isn’t, you wouldn’t be getting the most out of this supp.

Fenugreek is a great choice for  few reasons. Firstly it’s use in cooking has proved it to be a real aphrodisiac, but unlike other ingredients here there;s more too it than just that. It also stimulates important androgens for T and helps regulate blood sugar levels. This is key because it means balanced insulin and no chance of skewed amounts preventing T creation. 400mg is a really solid dose too,


Pygeum Bark

While it does nothing direct for your T, this choice does contain compounds which trials have shown can help to shrink an enlarged prostate. Prostate health is absolutely key, especially in older guys so we’re not writing this off completely, but there’s only 50mg here and the research could be stronger for sure.


Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus was once thought to be a great T booster, but clinical trials have ruined its cred. It’s proven to do nothing for us except raise help sex drive when taken in large amounts. We only have 100mg here so it won’t even do that. Mark this down as a waste wherever you see it.


Arginine AKG

In its defence Arginine is pretty good at boosting nitric oxcide levels in the bod, which helps to increase blood flow and can keep you exercising for longer. The problem is Arginine is poorly absorbed by the body when taken in capsule form, so you need a lot to see effects. 400mg is a hefty amount, but not really enough.


Horny Goat Weed

Here as Epidimedium Sagittatium this ingredient is mainly just good for stimulating libido and may some qualities for strengthening erections in cases of E.D. As far as direct help for T though, there’s not much to report.


Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longfolia)

Some studies show a slight increase in T with this choice, but where it’s more helpful is boosting libido. This is one of the things we’re promised from this product but with a question mark over dose it’s not guaranteed.



A fancy name for vitamin B3. Increased levels of B3 might possibly help sustain good heart health, but as far as helping your male hormone’s it’s pretty much got nothing.

Anything Missing?

Only Natural Vegetarian Testosterone Support has a list as long as your arm of proper T boosting ingredients we would like to have seen: Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid and vitamin B6 … and that’s just for starters.


The truth is this booster is really disappointing with only 1 real T boosting ingredient. It may be natural and it may be vegetarian, but as testosterone support, fittingly for a veggie product it just doesn’t have the chops.
